The Digital Marketing Specialist at Taft Properties is responsible for developing and implementing digital marketing strategies to promote the company’s real estate projects. This role involves managing online postings, executing digital marketing campaigns, creating digital content, and analyzing campaign performance.

The Digital Marketing Specialist reports to the Marketing Manager.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Digital Strategy & Planning
  • Lead the development, execution, and optimization of data-driven digital marketing strategies to drive qualified leads, customer acquisition, and brand growth.
  • Design and implement integrated digital campaigns across multiple channels (e.g., search, social, display, email, and web).
  • Identify emerging digital trends, tools, and technologies to enhance competitive positioning and campaign effectiveness.
Content Strategy & Management
  • Develop and oversee high-quality, audience-centric digital content aligned with brand voice and business objectives.
  • Ensure all content is optimized using advanced SEO/SEM best practices, keyword strategies, and performance insights.
  • Collaborate with creatives and stakeholders to plan editorial calendars and ensure consistent content delivery across platforms.
Campaign Management & Optimization
  • Manage end-to-end campaign execution, including planning, budgeting, targeting, A/B testing, and performance optimization.
  • Analyze campaign performance using analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, etc.) and translate data into actionable insights.
  • Continuously refine strategies to improve ROI, conversion rates, and engagement metrics.
Social Media & Community Management
  • Oversee social media strategy, including content planning, publishing, and performance tracking across all relevant platforms.
  • Build and nurture an engaged online community by actively monitoring conversations, responding to inquiries, and managing brand reputation.
  • Leverage social listening tools to identify trends, audience behavior, and engagement opportunities.
Cross-functional Collaboration
  • Partner with internal teams (marketing, sales, product, and design) to align digital initiatives with broader business goals.
  • Provide strategic input for creative campaigns, product launches, and promotional activities.
  • Act as a subject matter expert in digital marketing, advising stakeholders on best practices and innovations.
Data Analytics & Reporting
  • Develop comprehensive reports and dashboards to track KPIs, campaign effectiveness, and overall digital performance.
  • Present insights, trends, and strategic recommendations to stakeholders and leadership in a clear and actionable manner.
  • Utilize data to forecast trends and support strategic decision-making.
Process Improvement & Innovation
  • Identify opportunities to enhance marketing processes, tools, and workflows for greater efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Stay updated with industry developments and recommend new approaches to improve digital presence and performance.
Other Responsibilities
  • Perform other related duties and special projects as assigned, supporting overall marketing and business objectives.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in digital marketing.
  • Knowledge of digital marketing principles and practices.
  • Experience with digital marketing tools (e.g., Google, Canva, Analytics, SEMrush, social media platforms).
  • Good verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to present digital marketing information clearly and concisely.
