Key Responsibilities- Provide administrative support, scheduling, coordination, and record management
- Prepare, review, and process real estate documents, contracts, and compliance forms
- Maintain accurate filing systems and transaction records
- Coordinate with clients
- Monitor transaction progress and documentation status from reservation to turnover
- Ensure completeness, accuracy, confidentiality, and timely submission of documents
- Assist in resolving documentation concerns and support operational compliance requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field
- Experience in documentation, admin support, or real estate operations is an advantage
- Strong communication, coordination, and organizational skills
- Detail-oriented and able to work under pressure with minimal supervision
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and digital filing systems
