About the role

Join our dynamic team at Synercore Heavy Industries Corp. as a Graphic Artist. This full-time position is located in General Trias City, Cavite, offering you the opportunity to contribute your creative talents to our thriving Marketing division focused on Editing & Publishing.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to conceptualize and execute compelling visual designs for a variety of media, including print, digital, and multimedia
• Develop impactful layouts, illustrations, infographics, and other visual assets that effectively communicate our brand and messaging
• Participate in the full creative process, from ideation to final production, ensuring projects are delivered on time and to the highest quality standards
• Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, technologies, and best practices to continuously enhance the visual impact of our creative work
• Provide feedback and mentorship to junior designers, contributing to the development of our creative team

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Graphic Artist or similar creative role, preferably within the Advertising, Arts & Media industry
• Strong proficiency in industry-standard design software, such as Adobe Creative Cloud applications (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
• Demonstrated ability to translate complex information and ideas into visually engaging and impactful designs
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Keen eye for detail, with a passion for creating high-quality, polished work
• Familiarity with print production processes and digital media requirements
