Assists in the performance of the daily operations of the Pharmacy Department. Under general supervision, the Pharmacist fills and dispenses drugs and medical supplies to both in-patients and out-patients as ordered or prescribed by a Licensed Practitioner.
Qualifications/Requirements- A Licensed Pharmacist (passed the PRC Pharmacist Licensure Examination) with a Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy (preferably with a major in Clinical Pharmacy)
- Ability to maintain confidential information and adhere to strict privacy and data protection standards.
- In-depth knowledge of dosage requirements, administration methods, chemical compounds, and various pharmaceutical brands and their uses.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in dispensing medication and verifying prescriptions.
- Proficiency in using pharmacy management systems and staying updated on the latest pharmaceutical developments.
