About the role
Are you an experienced Architect/Designer looking to join a dynamic and rapidly growing construction company? Pancrudo Builders Corporation, a leading provider of high-quality residential and commercial building solutions, is seeking a talented Architect/Designer to join our team in Metro Manila.In this full-time role, you will play a crucial part in translating our clients' visions into beautifully designed and functional buildings.
What you'll be doing- Collaborate closely with clients to understand their project requirements and design preferences
- Conduct site visit to collect measurements and evaluate environmental factors
- Produce detailed architectural plans, drawings, and 3D models to bring design concepts to life without supervision
- Ensure designs comply with all relevant building codes, regulations, zoning laws, and safety standards
- Provide detailed drawings, specifications, cost estimates, bill of quantities (BOQ), bill of materials (BOM), material list for construction.
- Coordinate with the construction team to oversee the implementation of your designs
- Provide technical support and advice throughout the construction process
- Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, materials, and construction techniques
- Degree in Architecture
- Valid Philippine Architect license is required for this position
- 3+ years of experience as an Architect/Designer, preferably within the construction industry
- Proficient in using design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite
- Strong understanding of building codes, regulations, and construction practices
- Excellent problem-solving, critical thinking, and attention to detail
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team and communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders
- Ability to work under pressure
- Wide experience in providing cost estimate, BOQ, and BOM and cutting list
