SALES CONSULTANT
Uni-Vanguard Insurance Agency Inc. is looking for highly motivated, results-driven, and customer-focused professionals to join our growing sales team.As a Sales Consultant, you will play a key role in driving business growth by identifying client needs, presenting suitable non-life insurance solutions, and building long-term customer relationships. Key ResponsibilitiesSales and Business Development
- Generate and develop new business opportunities through referrals, networking, digital platforms, and other sales channels.
- Identify prospective clients and establish strong business relationships.
- Present and promote non-life insurance products tailored to client needs.
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and policy recommendations.
- Conduct follow-ups and convert leads into successful policyholders.
- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and performance objectives.
- Serve as the primary contact for clients throughout the sales process.
- Provide professional consultation on available insurance solutions.
- Assist clients with policy requirements, documentation, and application processes.
- Maintain strong client relationships through regular communication and account servicing.
- Support clients with policy inquiries and coordinate after-sales concerns when necessary.
- Maintain accurate client records and sales documentation.
- Monitor quotation status and policy issuance.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure efficient policy processing and service delivery.
- Submit timely sales reports and updates as required.
- Experience in the automotive, dealership, financing, or non-life insurance industry is an advantage.
