Certified Public Accountant

We are looking for a proactive CPA to manage and optimize our Financial Operations. This role will oversee cash flow management, financial reporting, internal controls, and operational finance initiatives to ensure the company's financial health and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily financial operations including cash management, banking relationships, and liquidity planning.
• Lead the month-end and year-end closing processes with a focus on operational efficiency and accuracy.
• Prepare, analyze, and present financial reports and dashboards for senior leadership.
• Oversee internal controls, risk management, and compliance with financial regulations.
• Support and drive improvements in working capital management (AP, AR, inventory financing).
• Partner with cross-functional teams (Accounting, Treasury, Operations) to optimize financial processes and systems.
• Develop and enforce financial policies, procedures, and best practices.
• Manage external audits and ensure audit readiness.
• Assist in budgeting, financial forecasting, and variance analysis.
• Identify opportunities for automation and process improvements across financial operations.

Qualifications:

• Active CPA license required.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• 5+ years of progressive financial operations or corporate finance experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
• Strong technical knowledge of GAAP and financial operations best practices.
• Experience with ERP systems (e.g., NetSuite, SAP, Oracle) and financial reporting tools.
• Advanced Excel and data analysis skills.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and leadership skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and evolving environment.

Preferred Skills:

• Knowledge of treasury operations, banking structures, and cash flow modeling.
