About the role
Join the dynamic team at Tulay sa Pag-Unlad, Inc. as a Financial Analyst. In this full-time position based in Makati City Metro Manila, you will play a crucial role in the Accounting/Finance & Analysis & Reporting department, providing strategic financial insights to support the company's growth and decision-making.
What you'll be doing- Analyze financial data and prepare detailed reports to inform management decisions
- Develop and maintain financial models to track performance and identify trends
- Assists in the preparation of budgets, forecasts, and financial statements
- Identifies and recommend opportunities for process improvements and cost savings
- Collaborates cross-functionally to provide financial expertise and support
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and internal policies
- Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- Certified Public Accountant or CFA is an advantage, not required
- 3-5 years of relevant experience in a financial analyst or similar role
- Proficient in financial analysis, modeling, and reporting
- Strong attention to detail and ability to interpret complex financial data
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
- Familiarity with accounting and financial software
