IT Helpdesk (Open for Fresh Graduate)

Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to user requests for technical support (phone, email, or ticket system)
- Troubleshoot hardware and software issues
- Install and configure computer systems and applications
- Document problems and solutions in the helpdesk system
- Assist users with passwords, access, and basic system usage
- Ensure issues are resolved in a timely manner
QUALIFICATIONS:
- OPEN TO FRESH GRADUATES
- At least College Graduate of any IT Course
- Willing to Start ASAP
