What You'll Do:
As an Account Executive, you'll be responsible for managing projects from the initial quotation stage all the way through to successful project completion. Your key responsibilities will include- Client Engagement: Making regular calls and attending local sales meetings to build rapport with customers and understand their needs.
- Product Presentation: Demonstrating our extensive product line and showcasing the benefits of our flooring solutions.
- Sales & Negotiation: Presenting survey reports, layouts, and project proposals to potential clients, and effectively handling questions and objections.
- Lead Generation & Prospecting: Building a prospect list and developing new accounts to expand our market reach.
- Customer Support: Counseling customers on their project challenges and providing effective solutions.
- Project Management: Managing all aspects of projects from quotation to completion of projects, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.
- Team Collaboration: Attending sales meetings and contributing to the overall success of the team.
What You'll Need:
- Bachelor's/college degree in Architecture, Interior Design, Civil Engineering, Business Management, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven ability to meet sales targets and objectives (for experienced candidates).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- A positive attitude and a willingness to learn (especially for fresh graduates).
- Experience in the construction industry and interior fit-out is an advantage.
- Ability to work independently and as a team player.
- Strong organizational and project management skills
