As a Reporting Analyst, you will be a key contributor to the data-driven decision-making process by transforming complex data into actionable business insights. Working within an Agile environment, you will bridge the gap between technical data systems and commercial stakeholders to ensure the accuracy, reliability, and visual clarity of performance reporting across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

Data Analysis & Reporting
  • Standardized Reporting: Prepare and distribute accurate periodic reports using BI tools such as Power BI, Power Query, and Alteryx, alongside advanced MS Excel.
  • Ad Hoc Support: Respond to specialized requests from end-users by providing tailored analysis and data-driven insights.
  • Commercial Support: Support critical commercial processes, including month-end closing, forecasting, budgeting, and daily/weekly performance tracking.
  • Data Visualization: Translate complex datasets into informative, executive-ready visualizations and presentations.
Process Improvement & Systems
  • Continuous Improvement: Identify and propose opportunities for reporting standardization, simplification, and process optimization.
  • Project Support: Assist in the implementation of application upgrades, system changes, and strategic business initiatives.
  • Data Integrity: Provide regular feedback on the performance of Data Lakes and reporting systems to ensure the highest quality and accuracy of data.
  • Agile Collaboration: Operate within a flexible, iterative Agile framework to respond swiftly to evolving business needs.
Stakeholder Engagement
  • Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong partnerships with Supply Chain, Finance, and IT teams.
  • Commercial Liaison: Partner with Commercial Development, Field Sales, and Key Account Management teams to align reporting with their specific performance needs.

Requirements

Education & Experience
  • Education: Degree in Business Studies, Finance, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • Experience: 1–3 years of experience in a dynamic multinational environment or a Shared Services Center (SSC).
  • Domain Knowledge: Understanding of FMCG specifics, including Field Sales processes and route-to-market strategies.
  • Industry Context: Familiarity with financial, logistics, or sales and distribution processes is a significant advantage.
Technical Skills
  • Advanced BI Tools: Proficiency in querying and visualizing data using Power BI, SQL, and Alteryx.
  • Advanced MS Office: Expert-level Excel skills (pivot tables, complex formulas, charting) and professional PowerPoint capabilities.
  • Systems Fluency: Ability to navigate performance management KPI reporting environments and basic financial systems.
