About the Opportunity
GA HR Consultancy Inc., the accredited recruitment and executive search partner of a growing renewable energy and solar solutions company in the Philippines, is currently looking for skilled and driven PROJECT & TECHNICAL AFTERSALES ENGINEER (REE) to support the company’s expanding distribution and solar project operations across Luzon.
Our client specializes in Residential, Commercial, and Industrial Solar PV Systems and is engaged in Engineering, Procurement, Construction, and Installation (EPCI) works.
This opportunity is ideal for Registered Electrical Engineers with strong exposure in solar PV systems, inverter technologies, project coordination, technical support, and aftersales operations. The successful candidates will play a critical role in ensuring efficient project delivery, technical troubleshooting, system optimization, and long-term customer satisfaction.

What You Will Handle
Project Management & Site Coordination- Manage end-to-end solar installation projects from planning to commissioning
- Conduct site assessments and load analysis for solar installations
- Coordinate with installation teams to ensure compliance with electrical standards and project specifications
- Assist in project design, system sizing, and technical evaluation for residential and commercial clients
- Prepare technical reports, as-built plans, and project documentation
- Handle technical aspects of inverter systems including setup, testing, troubleshooting, and commissioning
- Provide aftersales technical support and respond to client concerns, system issues, and performance inquiries
- Conduct troubleshooting and maintenance activities for installed solar systems
- Assist clients in system optimization and preventive maintenance
- Coordinate with suppliers for inverter distribution and technical compatibility
- Provide technical product support and recommendations for solar products and related components
- Support the sales team through technical presentations and product discussions
- Ensure proper technical documentation and compliance with electrical standards
What We’re Looking For
Education- Licensed (PRC) Electrical Engineer
- Experience in solar PV systems, inverter technologies, or electrical systems
- Exposure in project management, commissioning, troubleshooting, and aftersales support is highly preferred
- Experience supporting multiple projects and dealer networks is an advantage
- Strong understanding of grid-tied and hybrid solar systems
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Responsive, reliable, and capable of handling escalations
- Strong technical and client-facing communication ability
- Can drive and holds a valid driver’s license
- Willing to travel for fieldwork and project support
