The Admin Supervisor (Bakery) oversees daily operations of the assigned sections while ensuring standards compliance on the following:
Facilities Maintenance and Sanitation across sections
Admin Supply Management
Employees Health, Safety, and Security (Safety Officer 2/3)
Food Safety and Quality Management
Admin Reports
Project Management- Plans and develops project ideas with other departments, ensuring efficient cost management of resources.
- Creates and leads the project team.
- Monitors project progress to ensure adherence to agreed timelines.
- Resolves issues that may arise during the course of the project.
- Evaluates project performance.
- Coaches and mentors team members to promote professional growth and uphold company values and work ethics.
- Conducts regular employee evaluations to drive performance improvement.
- Recommends training programs that support continuous improvement.
- Identifies, allocates, and manages resources to ensure the achievement of departmental goals.
- Supervises daily departmental operations to meet job orders on time and in full while ensuring compliance with standard operating procedures, food safety, and quality standards.
- Analyzes team performance reports and prepares presentations for management review.
- Assists in the hiring and selection of new employees.
- Performs other duties as may be assigned to enhance the department’s contribution to company success.

- Performs a variety of tasks with equal effectiveness and efficiency.
- Works closely with other departments to achieve production goals and ensure orders conform to quality standards.
- Coordinates with team members, supervisors, and other departments to resolve issues and ensure efficient, safe operations.
- Keeps all team members informed of company announcements, policies, and updates.
- Builds trust, fosters positive relationships, and promotes a healthy work environment by communicating with empathy, accuracy, and accountability.
- Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Business Administration, Environmental Science, or other related courses.
- Minimum of 3 years of full-time experience in the food industry, preferably in manufacturing, in a similar or higher position.
- Full-time employment
- 8 working hours per day / 6 days a week
- Shifting schedule (may include graveyard shift)
- Must be willing to work on holidays and weekends

Qualifications/Requirements
• Graduate of four (4) year course
• Has at least two to three years of experience as a branch supervisor in sales operations
• Strong knowledge in admin works.
