We are looking for a commercially-minded HR Business Partner (HRBP) to serve as a strategic consultant to our leadership teams. In this role, you will not just "do HR"—you will sit at the table with department heads to align people strategies with business goals.
The ideal candidate is a relationship builder who understands the "language of business" and can navigate the complexities of organizational design, talent management, and employee relations with ease.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Consulting- Business Alignment: Partner with senior leaders to understand their departmental objectives and design people-centric solutions that drive those goals.
- Organizational Design: Advise on team structures, succession planning, and workforce scaling to ensure the right talent is in the right seats.
- Change Management: Lead and support organizational transitions, ensuring clear communication and minimal disruption to culture and productivity.
- Performance Coaching: Guide managers on how to conduct high-impact performance reviews, deliver feedback, and manage underperformance.
- Succession Planning: Identify "high-potential" employees and create development plans to build a robust leadership pipeline.
- Culture Advocacy: Champion company values and initiatives that improve employee engagement and retention.
- Conflict Resolution: Mediate complex employee relations issues, conducting thorough and objective investigations when necessary.
- Legal Adherence: Ensure all HR practices comply with local labor laws (e.g., the Philippine Labor Code) and internal global policies.
- Risk Mitigation: Proactively identify "hot spots" in team morale or compliance and implement preventive measures.
