Area operations manager

Job Description

• The Manager is responsible for overseeing operations. Guiding team members and ensuring department goals are achieved
• This role involves strategic planning, performance management, and continuous process improvement to align with organizational objectives.

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, Operations Management, or related field
• Proven experience (typically 5+ years) in operations management, business process improvement, or a similar leadership role.
• At least 2 Years experience in a supervisory or managerial role
• Experience in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis
• Strong understanding of operational processes, systems, and best practic Familiarity with supply chain management, logistics, or inventory systems (as relevant)
• Strong decision-making, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong project management capabilities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of compliance regulations and risk management (depending on industry).
• Lean, Six Sigma, or other process improvement certifications (optional but advantageous)
• Knows how to handle or operate machines.
