Preventive Maintenance Technician

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide technical maintenance support for Final Test and Die Sort operations.
• Ensure maximum machine uptime by maintaining support equipment and performing urgent repairs when necessary.
• Assist in the repair and restoration of legacy handlers and testers.
• Collaborate with equipment engineers and suppliers for machine enhancements and upgrades.
• Execute preventive and corrective maintenance activities to promote equipment sustainability.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives, particularly related to Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE).
• Ensure compliance with ESD (Electrostatic Discharge) safety standards.
• Operate and maintain machines such as ISMECA, EXISTECH, TMT, EAGLE ETS88, CHROMA, HVM, IC, and WCSP.

Qualifications:

• Education: Graduate of any Engineering course or relevant Vocational training.
• Experience:
• Hands-on experience in Final Test and/or Die Sort processes.
• Background in basic electronics and circuit knowledge.
• Familiarity with Automatic Test Equipment (ATE) and pick-and-place handlers is an advantage.
