What you'll be doing- Responding to inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat channels
- Resolving customer issues and concerns in a timely and professional manner
- Providing accurate information and guidance to customers regarding our medical-related products and services
- Maintaining detailed records of customer interactions and follow-up actions
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless customer experiences
- Continuously improving processes and procedures to enhance customer satisfaction
- Profile 1: 4-Year Graduate of any Allied Health Courses
- At least one (1) year direct adult patient care is required.
- At least one (1) year BPO Healthcare experience (Member or Provider mixed with Member transactions).
- Profile 2: 2-Year Associate Course or 4-Year College Graduate of any course.
- At least two (2) years direct adult patient care is required.
- At least two (2) years BPO Healthcare experience (Member or Provider mixed with Member transactions).
