Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop construction plans by engineering standards.
• Conduct site investigations and feasibility studies.
• Analyze survey reports, maps, blueprints, and other data to plan projects.
• Prepare cost estimates, budgets, and work schedules.
• Monitor project progress and ensure compliance with design specifications, safety standards, and regulations.
• Liaise with clients, architects, contractors, and local authorities.
• Utilize software such as AutoCAD, Civil 3D, or similar applications for design and modeling purposes.
• Perform risk assessments and propose solutions to technical problems.
• Oversee on-site construction and provide technical advice and quality control.
• Ensure proper documentation and project reporting.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
• Preferably a LICENSED CIVIL ENGINEER
• Minimum 5-7 years of relevant work experience.
• Strong knowledge of BOQ, construction, and project management, reporting, standards, safety regulations, and best practices.
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel).
• With strong leadership, documentation, and implementation skills.
• Amenable to work in Dacudao, Davao Park District, Lanang, Davao City.
