Procurement Specialist

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 1-3 years of procurement experience.
• Excellent organization and documentation abilities.
• Familiarity with ERP systems preferred.
• Basic proficiency in oral and written communication.
• Eagerness to acquire new skills and knowledge.

Responsibilities:

• Process purchase orders accurately and promptly based on approved requisitions and contracts.
• Communicate with vendors for quotes, negotiate pricing/terms, and track order statuses for timely deliveries.
• Maintain organized inventory records, track stock movements, and ensure optimal stock levels.
• Assist in reviewing and managing supplier contracts to ensure compliance with terms and pricing agreements.
• Maintain accurate procurement records, generate reports on activities, expenditures, and inventory levels.
• Support procurement specialist in sourcing new suppliers, conducting market research, and evaluating performance.
• Adhere to company procurement policies, ensuring transparency, fairness, and legal compliance.
