Maintenance Technician

JOB DESCRIPTION
- Perform scheduled preventive maintenance on machinery, equipment, and systems.
- Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues and implement effective repairs.
- Support installation and commissioning of new equipment or modifications.
- Maintain detailed records of maintenance work, parts used, and equipment condition.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies.
- Collaborate with production and engineering teams to improve equipment reliability.
- Respond promptly to equipment breakdowns to minimize production disruption.
- Participate in root cause analysis and recommend improvements to prevent recurring issues.
- Monitor spare parts inventory and assist in procurement as needed.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Technical diploma in mechanical, electrical, or industrial maintenance (or equivalent courses)
- Knowledge in PLC and HMI Programming
- Proven experience in a manufacturing, industrial, or plant environment.
- Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, electrical circuits, hydraulics, and pneumatics.
- Ability to read/interpret electrical and mechanical symbol and diagram, technical drawings, blueprints, and manuals.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Good communication and teamwork abilities.
- Willingness to work shifts or weekends
