Job Summary: The Clinical Team Leader (Psychological Health Service) will Provide Support to a Team of Qualified Wellbeing Counselor(s) and Coach(es) who Deliver Mental Health and Wellbeing Support to Employee(s) Working in Content Moderation Role(s).

You'll be a Clinical Team Leader and Responsible for the Resolution of all Clinical Risk(s) and Concern(s), Advising the Team on How to Manage Complex Case(s) and Where to Escalate. You'll Monitor Session(s) Using Intervention(s) such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Solution Focused Therapy (SFT) and Mindfulness Based Therapies (MBT).

You'll Routinely Monitor and Track the Assessment of Case(s) for Risk while Ensuring that Wellbeing Counselor(s) and Coach(es) Follow Strict Safety Protocol(s) and Escalate Complex Case(s) to Clinical Leadership. Your Role also Includes Collaborating with your Colleague(s) to Design Individual and Group Session Strategies that Improve Resilience, Healthy Coping, and Distress Management Skill(s).

In this Role, you will Focus on the Delivery and Quality Assurance of a Psychological Health Program and Coach Counselor(s) to Ensure Performance Metric(s) are Achieved. As this Role Falls into the Category of Trust and Safety, You will be Working with People Exposed to Harmful Content.

This may Occur in the Form of Image(s), Video, and Text Related to Hate Speech, Violence, Child Safety, Depiction(s) of Harm to Self, Depiction(s) of Harm to Other(s), and Harm to Animal(s).

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Monitor One-on-One Check-In(s) and Counselling Session(s), Addressing Psychological Heath Using Short-Term Resilience Strategies such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Solution Focused Therapy (SFT), Mindfulness Based Therapies (MBT), and Psychoeducation, Monitor Group and Peer Support Session(s) Aimed at Building Resilience, Developing Healthy Coping Strategies and Building Positive Working Relationship(s)
  • Partners with Site-Based Team(s) and Other Regional Lead(s) to Ensure Employee(s) have Access to Mental Health and Wellbeing Activities with a Focus on Enhancing Employee Resiliency and Minimizing Psychological Risk(s) in the Content Moderation Space
  • Supports in Assessing Case(s) for Trauma Related to Exposure to Graphic Content, Follow Escalation Protocol(s), and Triage Employee(s) to Appropriate Support Pathway(s), Reports to Clinical Leadership Team on a Regular Basis to Discuss Observation(s), Insight(s) Risk(s), and Area(s) for Improvement, Develops and Ensures Commitment to Safe Working Practice(s) Across the Psychological Health Team, Responsible for Adherence to Professional and Ethical Guideline(s) Set by Discipline Specific Governing and Licensing Bodies Across the Psychological Health Team
  • Data Insight(s) and Analysis: Provides Clinical Guidance and Coaching to Counselor(s), Drawing on Insight(s) Captured from Data within the Campaign, Has Oversight of Health Data Dashboard(s) and Report Creation, Manages Confidential Case Record(s) and Report(s) Safety and in Line with Privacy Protocol(s), Ensures and Tracks Completion of the Delivery of Psychometric Assessment(s) to Employee(s) within the Campaign, Reviews Assessment Data for Trend(s) that Require Intervention and Prepares Regular Business and Data Insight Report(s)

Minimum Hiring Qualifications:

  • Educational Background and Experience: Master's Degree in Clinical Psychology, Counselling Psychology, Psychotherapy, Organizational and Industrial Psychology, Social Work, and Other Relevant Field - 3 Year(s) Minimum Experience in Wellbeing or Psychotherapy Field, Current Unrestricted License to Practice in the Country where the Site is Based
  • Proven Ability to Lead a Diverse Multi-Disciplinary Team of Counselor(s) or Therapist(s), Able to Build Trust and Rapport with Employee(s), Manager(s) and Team Member(s), Experience Designing and Delivering Wellbeing and Mental Health Training, Workshop(s), and Webinar(s), Proven Ability to Maintain Professionalism and Ethical Standard(s) in a Corporate Environment or Setting
  • Strong People Management, Coaching, and Development Skills, Excellent Communication and Presentation Skills, Flexible, Adaptable, and Able to Work Creatively in a Problem-Solving Environment, Experience Working in Trust and Safety or a Content Moderation Environment is Preferred, Experience Working with Employee(s) Working in a Corporate Environment or Setting is a Plus
