Key Responsibilities:
- Collect and process payment for school tuition and other student fees.
- Accurately handle cash, checks, and electronic transactions.
- Issue receipts and maintain proper records of all transactions.
- Balance the cash drawer at the beginning and end of each day.
- Prepare daily financial reports and deposit slips as required.
- Provide friendly, helpful service to students, parents, and staff.
- Assist with inventory tracking for items sold or distributed.
- Follow school policies and procedures related to financial operations.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the cashier’s station.
- Assist in other administrative or clerical duties as needed.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration/Management, Financial Management, Accounting, or a related field.
- With 1-2 years of Cashier experience.
- Proficient in using Point-of-Sale (POS) and basic computer literacy (MS Office).
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong customer service, attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Can do multi-tasking and work under pressure
