Customer Sales Representative

A results-driven Customer Sales Representative (CSR) responsible for engaging customers across multiple channels, identifying sales opportunities, and closing deals to drive revenue and maximize every interaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage with Customers via phone, email, and chat to address inquiries and provide accurate product and service information.
• Identify Customer needs and recommend suitable products or services to drive sales.
• Process Customers’ orders , take orders, determine charges, and oversee billing or payments
• Actively up-sell and cross-sell products to maximize revenue opportunities.
• Maintain broad knowledge of all Company Products, Services and Promotions.
• Accurately captures Customer Information.
• Follow Communication Procedures, Guidelines and Policies.
• Discusses products offered and ensures customer satisfaction.
• Handle customer complaints professionally, offering timely and effective solutions.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written)
• Proven ability or strong potential to convert leads and close sales.
• Strong persuasion, negotiation, and objection-handling skills.
• Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and driven by sales performance.
• Customer-focused with the ability to balance service and sales.
• Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability in dynamic situations.
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently with minimal supervision.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
• Proficient in computer use, CRM systems, and digital tools.
• Composed and professional under pressure.
• Willing to learn, be coached, and continuously improve.
• Call Center experience (is a must )
• At least 1-2 years of experience in the same industry
• Willing to work shifting schedules (Day or Night shifts)
