Job Description
  • Responsible in end-to-end internal recruitment processes, ensuring an effective and efficient hiring cycle.
  • Collaborate closely with hiring managers and department heads to understand their specific recruitment needs and business requirements.
  • Develop tailored recruitment strategies in partnership with various departments (corporate, IT, marketing, finance, etc.) for executive to director-level positions.
  • Source, screen, and interview candidates, utilizing diverse platforms and recruitment channels to attract top talent.
  • Manage all aspects of candidate assessments, including interview coordination, skills testing, and feedback collection.
  • Handle job postings, candidate shortlisting, interview scheduling, and coordination between candidates and hiring managers.
  • Maintain candidate pipelines and provide regular updates to hiring managers on recruitment progress.
  • Ensure a smooth onboarding process for new hires, ensuring all documentation and compliance requirements are met.
  • Continuously assess and recommend improvements to recruitment processes and strategies.
  • Foster strong, professional relationships with both candidates and internal stakeholders to provide an exceptional recruitment experience.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and market insights to enhance recruitment practices.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology or any other related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment processes.
  • Previous experience in FMCG, construction, or BPO industries is a significant advantage.
  • Strong track record of recruiting for executive to director-level positions across diverse functions, including corporate, IT, marketing, and finance.
  • Highly collaborative and skilled at working with multiple departments and hiring managers to understand their unique recruitment needs.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
  • Detail-oriented, with a proactive and results-driven approach.
  • Amenable to working on-site at BGC, Taguig.
