Job Description:

This role is a CS Everywhere - Work from Office setup with unlimited access to Cloudstaff Offices when you need it. CS Everywhere includes Fiber Internet, Backup Internet, UPS, PC/Laptop. Use the office when there is Internet or power Issue. Pop in and have a coffee with team mates.

As an Inbound Customer Service Representative, you will play a crucial role in assisting individuals who are seeking information and assistance regarding their outstanding debts. Your primary responsibility will be to provide outstanding customer service to our clients, offering empathetic support, clear communication, and effective solutions to their debt-related inquiries.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle Inbound/Outbound calls to clients that have enrolled in our debt resolution program. (Momentarily mostly outbound)
  • Customer Assistance: Assist clients with inquiries related to their program, providing accurate and up-to-date information on their accounts, scheduling and rescheduling payments.
  • Problem Resolution: Resolve client concerns and disputes with empathy and professionalism, working towards mutually beneficial solutions.
  • Compliance: Ensure all interactions comply with industry regulations and company policies, maintaining the highest standards of ethical conduct.
  • Documentation: Accurately document all client interactions, maintaining organized and up-to-date records of conversations and actions taken.
  • Communication: Collaborate with other team members to facilitate effective resolution of task.
  • Continuous Learning: Stay up-to-date industry trends, regulations, and company procedures through ongoing training and professional development.
  • Quality Assurance: Maintain a high level of service quality, adhering to established performance metrics and service standards.

Qualification and requirements:

  • Typing speed 35-40+ words per minute*
  • High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree preferred).
  • Previous customer service experience, preferably in a call center or debt recovery environment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and negotiation abilities.
  • Empathetic and patient demeanor when dealing with sensitive financial matters.
  • Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment.
  • Proficient computer skills and familiarity with CRM software.
  • Knowledge of debt collection laws and regulations is a plus.

Non-negotiable skills & requirements:
