Job Title: Social Media Manager

Overview:

We are seeking a creative and experienced Social Media Manager to join our dynamic team. As a Social Media Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing our social media strategy across various platforms. This role requires a blend of creativity, strategic thinking, and technical proficiency to effectively engage our audience and enhance brand awareness.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy to increase brand visibility and engagement.
  • Manage all social media channels, including Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok, ensuring content is engaging and aligns with ChaYi’s brand and values.
  • Create, curate, and schedule compelling content that drives audience interaction and supports marketing initiatives.
  • Design and execute paid social media ads tailored to our target audience.
  • Monitor and analyze social media metrics to optimize performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, platform updates, and best practices in social media and digital marketing.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop integrated marketing campaigns and promotions.
  • Respond to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner to foster community engagement.
  • Generate monthly reports on social media performance and provide actionable insights and recommendations.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or in a similar role, preferably in a consumer goods or lifestyle brand.
  • In-depth knowledge of major social media platforms and their respective best practices.
  • Strong understanding of social media advertising, including Facebook Ads Manager and similar tools.
  • Proficient in using analytics platforms (e.g., Meta Insights, Google Analytics.)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for detail.
  • Creative thinker with a passion for storytelling and visual branding.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
