About the role
We’re looking for a Broker Support / Credit Analyst (AU Mortgage Broking Credit Analyst) to provide back-end assistance to one of our brokers. You’ll handle the day-to-day assessment tasks that allow the broker to focus on building new client relationships.For the right candidate, there’s an opportunity to grow into senior responsibilities and even potential team management.
While the focus is on residential mortgages, you’ll also have the chance to expand your expertise into commercial lending, business loans, and SMSF lending if you’re eager to upskill.
Ideal Candidate (Must Have Requirements)- At least 1 year of broker admin experience with residential lending, but open to a Credit Analyst with Lender-side experience.
- Experience with ApplyOnline (basic level required)
- Skilled in serviceability, valuations, data analysis, and pricing
- Familiarity with Quickli for loan scenarios
- Experience with CRMs such as Mercury, SalesTrekker, or similar is a plus.
- Independent, proactive, and detail-oriented
- Open to WFH/Hybrid/Onsite (Cebu City)
- Data entry and analysis of client fact-find data (initial review)
- Pricing and valuation requests
- Contacting lender BDMs to workshop and query policy
- Analysing client documents to confirm client position
- Running serviceability figures with multiple variables
- Monitoring files and liaising with assessors
- Conducting thorough preliminary reviews for clients
- Workshopping complex scenarios with lenders
- Performing quality control before lender submission
- Analysing company/trust financials for servicing
