Setup and Location: Hybrid, Site locations are Ortigas, Alabang, Pampanga and Cebu.

Work Schedule: 8:00 AM-5:00 PM (AEST) | 6:00 AM-3:00 PM (PH Time)

The Accounts Payable (AP) role is responsible for processing invoices, verifying financial data, and ensuring timely payments to vendors and suppliers. The role supports overall financial accuracy, cash flow management and reports to the company accountant.

What You’ll Do

You’ll be the kind of person who:

• Review and verify vendor invoices received into the invoice scanning workflow.
• Direct invoices to approvers.
• Prepare batch payments.
• Maintain accurate records of all transactions.
• Reconcile accounts payable ledger and resolve discrepancies.
• Communicate with vendors regarding billing issues or queries.
• Assist with month-end and year-end closing processes.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and financial regulations.

Requirements

What You Bring

We’re looking for someone with:

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Basic understanding of accounting principles and at least 5 years of related experience.
• Familiar and knowledgeable in the Australian Finance process or environment.
• Proficiency in any accounting software (Client is using CHEOPS software).
• Good organisational and time-management skills.
• Ability to handle confidential financial information.
• Clear communication skills for dealing with vendors and internal teams.
