COMPASS Training Center, Inc. is looking for a detail-oriented Property and Asset Management (PAM) Assistant to join our Cavite team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the control, monitoring, and maintenance of the organization's properties, assets, materials, and supplies.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in any business-related or four (4) year course.
- Preferably with at least one (1) year relevant experience in inventory, property, or asset management.
- Knowledge of basic inventory and asset management principles and practices.
- Familiarity with property tagging, stock control, and records management processes.
- Strong inventory monitoring and record-keeping skills.
- Document organization and file management.
- Good writing and verbal communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure the accuracy and completeness of inventory records for all properties and assets.
- Maintain physical custody and accountability of assigned company properties and assets.
- Conduct and assist in periodic physical inventory counts of movable assets in administrative offices, classrooms, and training facilities.
- Prepare and submit inventory and property reports as required.
- Conduct property tagging of all accountable items.
