We are seeking a highly skilled Freight Forwarding Specialist to manage and streamline our domestic and international shipping operations. In this role, you will play a critical part in ensuring the efficient and timely movement of goods across borders, contributing directly to our company's success and customer satisfaction.
Work Location: Intramuros, Manila
Work Schedule/Regular Office Hours: Monday-Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM (Flexible)
The Company
Founded in 2015, Hutchison-1 Logistics is an offshoot of A. B. Gambayan Customs Brokerage from years 2008 to 2013.
In 2018, Hutchison-1 merged with 1Trade Logistics, Inc., a customs brokerage firm and FCL trucking service provider established in 2013.

- A graduate of Bachelor of Science in Customs Administration (BSCA) or any related course.
- A Licensed Customs Broker or with on-going review for the upcoming examination.
- Experienced professionals (preferred but not required).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Possessing strong communication and interpersonal skills with proficiency in writing and speaking English.
- Able to work independently and with a team.
- Provides relevant information to customers regarding customs procedures and requirements, importation, exportation, freight, trucking, delivery, unloading, and other supply chain and logistics matters.
- Prepares customs requisite documents for imports and exports.
- Checks completeness of the import documents and reviews correctness and accuracy of details.
- Checks tentative arrival details and BL status and relay it to client/customer.
- Sends daily status reports to clients/customers.
- Ensures high levels of customer satisfaction through proactive and productive customer relationship built with integrity, competence and excellence.
- Assesses customers’ needs and provides assistance and information on product and service features and possibilities.
- Performs all other tasks that may be assigned by the management
