We are seeking a skilled Functional Tester to join our team in SEA. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the quality of our software products by performing comprehensive functional testing. This role requires a detail-oriented individual who can work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software.

• Design and execute functional test cases based on requirements and specifications.
• Identify, document, and track defects using appropriate tools.
• Collaborate with developers and product managers to understand features and provide feedback on functionalities.
• Participate in test planning and strategy discussions.
• Perform regression testing to ensure existing functionalities remain unaffected after changes.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of testing processes and methodologies.

• Proven experience in functional testing methodologies and best practices (3-10 years).
• Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and testing lifecycle (STLC).
• Familiarity with test management tools such as JIRA, TestRail, or similar.
• Proficient in writing clear and concise test cases and documentation.
• Knowledge of automation testing tools is a plus (e.g., Selenium, QTP).
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.
