LEGAL OFFICER (Paralegal)

JOB REQUIREMENT:

• Working experience in legal positions, such as law firm assistant, in-house counsel, is preferred.
• Have studied in law school, understand the basic knowledge of Philippine law, and have a legal foundation.
• Strong oral expression skills and the ability to use computer office software.
• Able to assist the team to deal with more complex issues, such as organizing meetings, dispute negotiations, negotiation, and communication etc.
• Have a strong ability to work under pressure, have a high psychological quality, be willing to develop in the legal team for a long time, and have a clear career plan.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Good at Philippine company qualification-related issues: such as annual renewal of company qualification, GIS/PCAB/director change, etc.
• Able to reasonably manage and archive the company's qualifications.
• Be able to independently review contracts, including lease contracts, sales contracts, procurement contracts, etc. and give effective legal opinions.
• Able to assist lawyers in drafting letters, such as lawyers' letters, MOUs, memoranda of understanding, notices, power of attorney, and other legal documents.
• Be able to assist lawyers in following up legal cases, and be able to monitor the whole process of case filing, prosecution and closure.
• Have strong adaptability, be able to assist various business departments to participate in negotiations, consultations, and conference organization, and assist lawyers to give certain legal advice.
• Have strong obedience and resistance to pressure, and be able to update and give feedback on the progress of tasks to their superiors promptly.
