We are seeking a Blended Customer Service Representative (Voice, Email & Back Office) to join our team at TTEC Cebu 2'. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through various communication channels, including voice, email, and back-office support.

Based in Makati City, Metro Manila, this position is crucial in delivering high-quality customer experiences that support the company's strategic objectives.

What you'll be doing
  • Handle inbound and outbound customer inquiries and requests via phone, email, and other communication channels
  • Provide accurate and timely information to customers, addressing their concerns and resolving issues efficiently
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and follow up as necessary
  • Assist with back-office administrative tasks, such as data entry and documentation
  • Continuously seek opportunities to improve customer satisfaction and identify process improvements
  • Adhere to company policies, procedures, and quality standards
What we're looking for
  • 1-2 years of experience in a customer service or call centre environment
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to articulate information clearly and concisely
  • Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking skills, with the ability to provide effective solutions to customer inquiries
  • Proficient in using computer systems and various software applications
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment and adapt to changing priorities
