About the role
FOODEE GLOBAL CONCEPTS' is seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team in Metro Manila. This is a full-time position responsible for maintaining and repairing the equipment and facilities at our bustling food service locations. As a key member of our operations team, you'll play a vital role in ensuring our restaurants run smoothly and efficiently.
What you'll be doing- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on kitchen equipment, plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems
- Respond promptly to service calls and address any issues that arise
- Conduct regular inspections to identify potential problems and take preventive action
- Collaborate with the operations team to schedule and complete maintenance projects
- Maintain accurate records of all maintenance activities and order necessary supplies/parts
- Ensure work areas are kept clean, organized, and compliant with safety regulations
- Assist with special projects or other duties as needed to support the overall business
- At least 2-3 years of experience as a maintenance technician or in a similar role
- Strong working knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems
- Proficiency in using a variety of hand and power tools
- Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Commitment to delivering high-quality work and excellent customer service
- Basic computer skills for logging maintenance activities and ordering parts
