What you’ll be doing:

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve daily hardware, software, and network issues.
• Manage user accounts, permissions, and passwords.
• Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, software, and peripherals.
• Perform routine maintenance such as server backups and PC updates.

What you’ll need to bring:

• Bachelor's degree holder, any computer-related course
• At least 0-2 yrs working experience in the field of IT.
• Knowledge of server maintenance/operation and IT infrastructure troubleshooting.
• Background in IBM products, Linux, and Windows OS (specifically Windows 10).
• Knowledge in PC maintenance, Windows 10/11, Office 365, Windows Server 2016, and IP phone setup is a plus.
