About the Opportunity:
We are looking for an experienced System Administrator with a background in Information Technology or relevant experience. This role will involve system administration, troubleshooting, and collaboration with various teams to maintain secure and efficient technology services.
Responsibilities:- Provide hardware and software support for end-users.
- Maintain and configure applications and systems to meet business needs.
- Contribute to IT projects and initiatives.
- Manage and resolve tickets.
- Conduct post-incident analyses and document findings.
- Support escalated issues from end-users.
- Respond to system alerts and work with teams to resolve issues.
- Evaluate technology solutions and provide recommendations.
- Collaborate with Security team on policy development.
- Stay updated with the latest technology trends.
- Communicate technical concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
- Experienced in Microsoft 365 Administration.
- Experienced with device management and policy deployment.
- Familiarity with Remote Monitoring and Management tools.
- Ability to drive successful deployments through effective planning and execution.
- Familiarity with scripting, security tools, and automation.
- Strong troubleshooting skills and the ability to create technical documentation.
- Good understanding of networking and cloud platforms.
- Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
- Relevant experience in system administration.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to work flexible hours when needed.
- Availability for on-call support.
