Financial Planning Assistant (SOA & BID Experience)

Client Information

The company is a financial planning firm that provides tailored advice and strategic support to individuals seeking clarity and structure in their financial decisions, operating with a disciplined, process-driven approach and a strong emphasis on accuracy, compliance, and high-quality documentation to support effective adviser–client relationships.

• Support the adviser with post-client meeting administration and documentation
• Assist with BID preparation, review Statements of Advice (SoAs), and coordinate with the paraplanning team
• Communicate effectively with internal teams to ensure smooth workflow and timely delivery of client requirements
• Research client information and prepare strategy papers for upcoming client meetings
• Complete data entry into financial planning templates and internal spreadsheets
• Transcribe completed fact finds and meeting notes into AdviserLogic
• Prepare and organize client paperwork following adviser sign-up
• Ensure all documentation meets compliance and quality standards

• Previous experience supporting a financial planning or advice practice (essential)
• Strong understanding of financial planning workflows and documentation
• High attention to detail with a strong commitment to quality output
• Experience using AdviserLogic (or a similar CRM system)
• Strong data entry, research, and document preparation skills
• Process-driven, well organised, and able to follow structured workflows
• Must be residing in the Philippines

Home Office Requirements

• Perfectly working headset and webcam
• Stable internet connection of at least 25 Mbps ~ 50 Mbps
• Up to date computer system with a minimum of Windows 10 or later and macOS Monterey (12.0) or later
• Quiet room with no distractions or background noises
