The Role
We're looking for a Senior Product Manager to own the roadmap for our Digital Marketing & AI Platform, working closely with our Australian leadership team and engineering function. This is a high-impact role for someone who thrives on customer discovery, commercial outcomes, and shipping product that actually moves the needle.
You'll work directly with Australian stakeholders daily, so strong English communication and comfort operating across time zones and cultural context is essential.
What You'll Bring- 5+ years Product Management experience
- Experience in SaaS platforms (B2B SaaS highly regarded)
- Experience working with offshore/distributed engineering teams
- Strong understanding of UX/UI
- Experience with AI-enabled products preferred
- Experience with analytics and data products highly desirable
- Strong English communication skills, written and verbal
- Comfortable and confident working directly with Australian stakeholders
- A track record of owning roadmaps, running customer discovery, and driving feature delivery end-to-end
Core Responsibilities
Product Strategy- Maintain and evolve a 12-month product roadmap
- Prioritise initiatives against business goals
- Translate customer feedback into clear product requirements
- Develop business cases for new modules and features
- Run sprint planning with engineering
- Write user stories and acceptance criteria
- Manage and groom the product backlog
- Coordinate QA and release planning
- Interview clients to uncover needs and pain points
- Review support tickets and feature requests for patterns
- Analyse competitor platforms
- Identify and scope AI opportunities
- Improve customer retention
- Increase platform adoption
- Increase feature utilisation
- Support upsell opportunities
Reporting Structure
This role reports to the General Manager, with a dotted-line relationship to the CTO — keeping product decisions aligned with commercial outcomes while ensuring technical feasibility stays front and centre.
