Key Responsibilities
- Manage office supplies, equipment, and inventory.
- Handle correspondence, documentation, and filing systems.
- Assist in scheduling meetings, preparing reports, and organizing company events.
- Provide administrative support to various departments.
- Ensure smooth daily operations of the office.
- Coordinate with external partners, vendors, and service providers as needed.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Office Administration, or related field.
- Minimum of 1 year relevant work experience in administrative support or office management.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and with a professional demeanor.
