Finance manager - Cagayan de Oro

BTC is looking for a driven Finance Manager who is responsible for the planning, organizing, and managing various finance functions related to supporting management affairs as well as operations related activities. S/He is also responsible in implementing cost-control measures and its parameters in all related activities in the department based on business direction and/or the management’s directives.

In addition, s/he provides guidance and leadership to all department personnel in implementing related finance activities and in the achievement of department goals and objectives.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND QUALIFICATIONS:

• A Certified Public Accountant
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or Business Administration. A post-graduate certificate or other relevant certification is preferred
• Must be knowledgeable in Financial Planning and Analysis, General Accounting, Internal Audit and Business processes, and Inventory control processes and standards.
• Possesses leadership qualities to aid in building, maintaining, and elevating relationships with Board of Directors and drive the achievement of business strategies and results. Qualities that would include, but are not limited to:

• Demonstrated proficiency in using standard office software applications, spreadsheets, and databases.
