Monday to Friday work scheduleMust have experience working in a logistics / freight forwarding company
Preferably MBA grad
CPA
Primary FunctionOversees the Finance & Accounting Department, reporting directly to the Vice President & General Manager and President.
Key Responsibilities- Manage finance and accounting operations, policies, and procedures.
- Supervise staff performance and ensure timely, accurate outputs.
- Monitor budgets, cash flow, payroll, financial reports, and company funds.
- Coordinate audits and implement process improvements.
- Ensure compliance with tax, regulatory, and government reporting requirements.
- Collaborate with other departments and represent the company in external financial matters.
- Perform other duties assigned by management.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy, Finance, or related field; CPA preferred.
- Minimum 10 years of Finance & Accounting experience, including 5 years in a managerial role.
- Experience in the Freight Forwarding industry is an advantage.
- Proficient in MS Office and QuickBooks.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
