The Customer Service Specialist will:
- Oversee the complete order processing cycle for designated customers, including tasks such as inputting sales orders, handling credit notes, and tracking collections.
- Reach out to potential or current customers to share information about new products, campaigns, or special offers.
- Identify customer needs and effectively convert leads into sales.
- Refer potential new clients to the field sales team for further engagement.
- Maintain and update customer records within the system.
- Document call interactions and sales activities; prepare reports when required.

The Customer Service Specialist has:
- Telesales or customer service experience is essential, especially in fast-paced or high-volume industries like call centers or FMCG.
- Strong problem-solving skills and conflict management are critical due to the nature of handling customer complaints and account issues.
- Must be data-savvy, as the role includes reporting and leading special projects involving data analysis.
- Leadership experience is strongly preferred, given the supervisory component over third-party telesales reps
- Must be comfortable working cross-functionally and collaboratively
- Must be fluent in Cebuano/Ilonggo
- Role will be based in BGC, with some travel expected to Visayas and Mindanao.
