SALES ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE

Salary: 20k-25k per month

Job Summary: We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Account Executive to join our dynamic team at General Royal Global Industries Inc., a leading distributor of air conditioning solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and attending industry events.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
• Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions, including product recommendations and technical support.
• Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely order fulfillment and resolution of customer inquiries.
• Achieve and exceed sales targets and performance metrics.
• Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and product knowledge to effectively position our offerings.

Qualifications:

• Preferably, a bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field; equivalent experience in sales and HVAC may be considered.
• Proven track record in sales, preferably within the HVAC or related industry.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong negotiation skills and ability to close deals.
• Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset.
• Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
