As an Area Manager, you'll be responsible of the following:

Branch Operations Oversight
  • Conduct regular branch visits to assess store conditions, workflow efficiency, and cleanliness standards.
  • Ensure adherence to BFC’s operational procedures, SOPs, and customer service guidelines.
  • Monitor daily store performance, including sales trends, inventory levels, and waste management.
  • Validate that all products served meet BFC quality and presentation standards.
People Management & Coaching
  • Provide on-site coaching to Store Supervisors and crew to improve service, productivity, and teamwork.
  • Support HR in onboarding, evaluating, and developing store personnel.
  • Address crew concerns and help resolve conflicts to maintain a positive work environment.
  • Reinforce disciplinary procedures and corrective actions when necessary.
Financial & Inventory Accountability
  • Review and validate daily sales reports, discrepancies, and petty cash handling.
  • Audit inventory processes to prevent overstocking, shortages, or wastage.
  • Ensure accurate forecasting of supplies based on sales performance and upcoming demand.
  • Work with store teams to execute cost-efficient operational practices.
Compliance, Safety & Quality Control
  • Ensure branches comply with local government requirements, food safety standards, sanitation codes, and internal compliance guidelines.
  • Implement consistency checks for cleanliness, equipment functioning, and hazard identification.
  • Guide stores in preparing for inspections and resolving compliance findings promptly.
Customer Experience Enhancement
  • Observe customer interactions and service delivery during branch visits.
  • Address customer complaints escalated from branches and ensure satisfaction resolutions.
  • Recommend improvements to the overall customer journey that align with BFC’s brand values.
Cross-Functional Coordination
  • Collaborate with HR, Finance, Training, and the Operations Department to address store needs.
  • Communicate branch performance updates, concerns, and recommendations to management.
  • Coordinate with Marketing for new campaigns, product launches, and store-level promotions.
Reporting & Documentation
  • Prepare timely and accurate Field Visit Reports outlining observations, recommendations, and follow-up actions.
  • Track store performance metrics and improvement progress.
  • Present operational insights and action plans during operations meetings.
Problem-Solving & Incident Management
  • Respond to urgent operational issues such as equipment breakdowns, staffing shortages, and supply problems.
  • Implement immediate corrective actions to minimize operational disruptions.
  • Assist stores in managing emergency situations following company protocols.

Perform other related duties and responsibilities assigned by the management.
