About the Role:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Order Management Support to assist in the end-to-end sales order process in Syspro. In this role, you will support the team in ensuring that customer orders are processed accurately and delivered on time while following company policies.You will coordinate with Sales, Supply Chain, Logistics, and Finance to help maintain smooth order processing and provide reliable service that supports Farm Fresh in delivering fresh dairy products to the market.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in processing and monitoring daily sales orders in Syspro, from order entry to delivery tracking.
- Help ensure order accuracy including pricing, discounts, and promotional details in coordination with the Sales team.
- Coordinate with Supply Chain and Logistics teams to support timely order fulfillment and delivery.
- Assist Finance in resolving credit holds, billing concerns, and invoicing-related issues.
- Monitor order status and provide updates to internal teams when needed.
- Support the tracking of order management metrics such as order accuracy, cycle time, and delivery performance.
- Help identify process improvements to enhance order processing efficiency.
- Assist with system updates, testing, and basic user support related to Syspro order management.
- Ensure proper documentation and compliance with company policies and audit requirements.
✅ Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related field.
- At least 1–3 years of experience in order management, customer service, or supply chain support.
- Experience using Syspro or similar ERP systems is an an advantage.
- Good coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Organized and detail-oriented with the ability to handle multiple tasks.
- Ability to work collaboratively with different teams.
- Can start immediately.
