JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Manage overall building operations including electrical, mechanical, plumbing, and structural systems
- Ensure preventive and corrective maintenance of facilities and equipment
- Supervise maintenance staff and third-party contractors
- Conduct regular property and safety inspections
- Monitor utility consumption and implement cost-control measures
- Prepare maintenance schedules and technical reports
- Oversee repair works, renovations, and minor construction projects
- Assist in budgeting for repairs, maintenance, and capital expenditures
- Coordinate with employees regarding technical concerns and facility-related issues
Qualifications:
- Graduate of any engineering courses
- Must have an SO2 / BOSH Certificate
- Willing to work Mondays-Saturdays
- Willing to do fieldwork
- Computer literate
- Has a strong personality and has passion for the field
- Preferably has related experiences
