• Job Description:

We are looking for a highly experienced Visa Manager to lead and optimize visa operations. This role is responsible for managing the entire visa department, ensuring operational efficiency, and maintaining strong relationships with embassies and partners.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee end-to-end visa processing operations
• Develop and implement policies and procedures
• Ensure compliance with international visa regulations
• Manage team leaders and supervisors
• Analyze performance metrics and drive improvements
• Build and maintain relationships with embassies and external partners
• Handle high-level client concerns and strategic planning

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree is a plus
• Minimum 5–8 years of experience in visa processing or travel management
• Proven leadership experience managing teams
• In-depth knowledge of global visa requirements
• Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
