• Collaborate with production, quality assurance, and marketing teams to align on formulation, packaging, and positioning.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities for new products.
• Coordinate sensory evaluations, lab trials, and pilot runs to ensure new products meet quality and taste standards.
• Collect and analyze feedback from test panels and adjust product specifications accordingly.
• Communicate regularly with Mandarin-speaking suppliers and partners regarding raw materials, packaging, and technical requirements.
• Prepare product dossiers, ingredient declarations, and technical sheets for internal and external use.
• Work closely with marketing to develop product positioning, pricing, and launch strategies.
• Monitor the performance of launched products and suggest improvements or extensions based on consumer feedback and sales data.

• Must be excellent in oral, writing and reading skills in Mandarin Language.
• With or without experience in product development or related roles in the food and beverage industry.
• Strong project management, analytical, and creative problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of food safety standards (e.g., HACCP, GMP) and local regulatory requirements.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and experience working with formulation or ERP systems is an advantage.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work in cross-cultural and cross-functional team.
