Job Summary: We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Tiktok Account Manager (Part-Time) to help build and scale a growing TikTok e-commerce business. This full-time role focuses on product research, supplier sourcing, order fulfillment, and coordinating content and influencer partnerships to drive sustained sales growth.
The ideal candidate brings direct, hands-on TikTok Shop experience, understands what makes products convert on the platform, and operates proactively with a clear growth mindset.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough product research to identify winning products well-suited for TikTok Shop
- Source products from suppliers and manage those relationships to keep the store catalog well-stocked and competitive
- Coordinate with content creators and influencers to generate compelling promotional content for listed products
- Manage TikTok Shop listings including product titles, descriptions, images, and pricing
- Oversee order fulfillment operations and ensure a smooth and reliable post-purchase customer experience
- Monitor store performance metrics and implement targeted strategies to consistently meet monthly revenue goals
- Stay informed on TikTok platform updates, trending product categories, and algorithm shifts
- Navigate TikTok Seller Center and handle all day-to-day store operations efficiently
- Assist with customer inquiries and communications as needed
- Identify scalable growth opportunities and bring forward concrete, actionable recommendations
Mandatory Skills:
- Proven hands-on experience managing a TikTok Shop account and delivering measurable sales results
- Strong product research skills with a track record of identifying high-converting products
- Experience sourcing products through dropshipping platforms, wholesale channels, or direct suppliers
- Demonstrated ability to coordinate with influencers or content creators for effective product promotion
- Working knowledge of TikTok Seller Center and the complete end-to-end order fulfillment process
- Solid understanding of TikTok's platform mechanics, trending content, and what drives virality and conversions
- Reliable, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently toward clearly defined measurable targets
- Strong communication skills with the ability to manage multiple external relationships simultaneously
Preferred Skills:
- Experience ungating product categories within TikTok Shop
- Background in scaling a TikTok Shop to consistent five-figure monthly revenue
- Familiarity with dropshipping models and AliExpress or comparable sourcing platforms
- Basic content creation skills or experience briefing creators on effective product videos
- Experience managing customer communications and post-sale service on TikTok
- Analytical mindset with the ability to use platform data to optimize listings and refine overall strategy
