Product Control Analyst (Data & Excel)

About the Role

You will be joining a fast-growing online division responsible for providing post-sales support to new and existing customers and managing orders by liaising with all internal stakeholders.

As a Product Control Analyst (Data & Excel), you will support end-to-end product management process, ensuring timely launches, accurate product data, and smooth coordination with suppliers and internal teams

This role plays a key part in Optimizing product flows and supporting operational excellence and has a strong administrative foundation especially with advanced Excel capabilities.

What you'll be working on:

• Manage product data and support product launches
• Maintain accurate product listings, pricing, and specifications
• Perform bulk uploads, data checks, and audits
• Coordinate with suppliers on pricing, orders, and timelines
• Track samples, production, and supplier updates
• Handle purchase orders and documentation
• Generate reports and analyze data using Excel
• Support inventory tracking and competitor checks
• Resolve product or delivery issues
• Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders

Qualifications/Requirements

What we're looking for:

• 2-8 years experience in product operations, supply chain coordination, or related role
• Advance Excel and/ experience with ERP/product management tools
• Strong Organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills
• Good communication and coordination abilities
